ANAHEIM :;NDING REScPLtrrION NO. 78R-658 WHICH
ESTABLISH ..~ RATES OF,.' COMPENSATION FOR CO.NFIDENTIAL
JOB CLASS $ AND CREAtING A NEW JOB CLASS. .
WHEREAS, the Per~qnne1 Direftor has recommended in a staff report
dated November 8, 1978 that 'the new job class of Paralegal be created, and
WHEREAS, as a re441t thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 18R-658 which establisa~d rates of compensation for Confidential job
c1asaes', and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
creation of this class is tQ the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BU IT RESOLvtD that the following c1aslification
be created and allocated tQ the respettive salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master effective Kovember lOt 1978:
