A RESOLUTiLON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIt-t APPROVING THE 'TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AG~MENTBETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND CLASSf1C DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND
AUTHORIZI~G AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERk TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEME:NT ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, ~lassic Development Corporation (hereinafter
"DEVELOPER") is thei'owner of certain property within the County
of Orange, Californ[a; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore filed a
petition for the anhexation of said property to the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said property contains a water well and
appurtenances owned by the Vista Del Rio Water Group; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore approved
said annexation on 'condition DEVELOPER agrees to provide access
to said well and wellsiteto the owner thereof; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheintthat the terms and conditions of said
Agreement be, and tfue same are herebYJ approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of
November J 1978.
