A RESOL ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE RST AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH

AUTHORIZ;NG THE UTILITIES DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE

WHEREAS, circumstances have occurred which make it
necessary to extenid or modify the time for the performance
of certain tasks siet out in the Diemer Basic Agreement; and
WHEREAS,'it is the desire of the parties to the
Diemer Basic Agre~ent to make certain amendments' to said
Agreement in orde~ to effectuate such modification; and
WHEREAS, First Amendment to said Agreement has been
prepared, the ter~ of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, TH8FORE, BE If RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of sai~:FirstAmendment are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FqRTHER RESOLVED that the Utilities Director
be, and he .is herejq,y ,authorized and directed to execute said
First Amendmentoq'behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREtqOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council qi the City of Anaheim this 7th' day of
