services with Ol~ver, Sto~ver & Laskin; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend
said Agreement; $1d
WHEREA.$, an ameq.dment to agreement entitled "First
Amendment to Agr.ment (hereinafter "First Amendment"). has
been prepared; arid

Amendment are aCcleptable to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
