NOW, THEREF~'. , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheithat Res.olution No. 78R.:..668~' approved
and adopted on the 10 day of October, 1978 be, and the same
is, hereby amended to Ithe following extent only:
1. That the ope~ng of the bids shall be on the
30th day of ~vember, 1978.
2. That the awa~ of the contract will be made on the
12th day of ~cember, 1978.
AND BE IT Fl~THER RESOLVED that except as hereinabove
amended, said Resolut:ifn No. 78R-668 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
