RESOLUTION NO. 78R-11L-
A RESOLUTOCON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AME~MENT TO AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN
ASSOCIATES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, ,the Ci tyof Anaheim and Willdan Associates have
heretofore entered into an Agreement for Engineering Services dated
August 9, 1977; and
WHEREAS, !Said part.ies desire to amend said Agreement for
the mutual benefit jOf the parties at this time; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of an Amendment to
Agreement are acc eplt:ab Ie to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THER!EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Amendinent to Agreement are hereby accepted and
approved.
BE IT FUItDHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City -Clerk be,
and they are herebY., authorized to execute said Amendment to Agree-
menton behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
