RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 715
A RESOi' ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AN 1M APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN A REEMENT WITH CROCKER NATIONAL BANK AND
AUTHORIING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK " EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS~ the City of Anaheim desires to utilize the
services of a b~ing inst1tution in the City's Rehabilitation
Program; and r
WHEREAS!, an agreement ,entitled "Multi-Family
Rehabilitation A~eement"(hereinarter "Agreement") has been
prepared; and '
WHEREAS!" the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to thei City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of sai~ Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT$RTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and the, are heri.eby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
