AUTHORIZ
CLERK TO
ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
APPROVING THE .TERMS AND CONDITIONS
EMENT WITH THE KISSELL COMPANY AND
G AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
XECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is participating with the
California Housing I'inance Agency in a Home Ownership-Home Improve-
mentprogram; and
WHEREAS, City desires to cooperate with the Kissell
Company in making ow-interest loans for rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, .an agreement, entitled "Operating Agreement-
The Kissell Compan (hereinafter "Agreement") has been prepared;
and
WHEREAS, .the terms and conditions of Agreement are accept-
able to the City C uncil of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tionsof said Agrement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereb , authorized and directed to execute said Agree-
ment on behalf of he City of Anaheim.
