WEREAS*.' the City of Anaheim has previously entered
into a cooperati . agreement with the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency; and :
WHEREAS~ it is necessary and desirable to amend said
agreement; and !
WHEREAS~ a First Amendment to Cooperation Agree-
ment Number 7 for[theConstruction and Installation of Public
Improvements (herr1nafter "Amendment") has been prepared; and
,
WHEREAS~ the terms and conditions of Amendment are
acceptable to the I City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THiREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of sai~ Amendment are hereby approved and accepted.

BE IT F-fRTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
