M APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ND AMENDMENT TO COOPERATION AGREEMENT
NUMBER 'FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
OF PUBL CIMPROVEMENTS, AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTI THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AG EMENT .
WHEREASJithe City of AnaheLm has prev~ously entered
into a cooperatioq' agreement with the. Anaheim Redevelop-ment
Agency; and !

WHEREAS,! it is necessary and desirable to amend said
agreement; and i
WHEREAS . a Second Amendment to Cooperation Agree-
ment Number, 3 for '!the Construction and Installation of PubUc
Improvements (heref:!;nafter "Amendment") has been prepared; and
WHEREAS'I' the terms and condi tlons of Amendment are
acceptable to the ,City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEjREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of sal~ Amendment are hereby approved and accep.ted.
