A RESOLU1ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEiM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT.

WHEREAS, ithe City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed 1pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Services Easements !Vacation Law (Section 50430 etseq. Government
Code) in connectioq with the vacation and abandonment of pUblic
service easements; and
WHEREAS, [the City Council did, by resolution duly posted
and published, giV~ notice of its intention to abandon the follow-
ing described publ:1Jc service easement (hereinafter "Easement"),
to wit:
Those certain iPublic utility easements located in
the City of A~heim, County of Orange, State of
California, dejscribed in deeds recorded in Book
2539, page 31 .nd Book 2456, page 120, Official
Records, lYin1within the Southwest quarter of
Section 8, To ship 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho De an Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as
shown on a ma~ thereof, recorded in Book 51, page
10, Miscellanepus Maps, records of said Orange
County, descri~ed as follows:

quarter of sai~ Section 8, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, descr~bed as follows:
Beginning at tv'e northwest corner of Parcell of
the deed to Ch . les J. Weber, et ux., recorded
December 1, 19 8 in Book 222, page 272, Official
Records; thenc South along the west line of said
Parcell, 772 reet, more or less, to the south line
of the Southwe~t quarter of the Southwest quarter
of said Sectioh 8; thence West along said south
line 85 feet, ~ore or less, to the southeast corner
of the land co~veyed to Gustave Koenig and w~fe, by

hearing was held tq allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said pr~osed abandonment; and

find from the eviddnce submitted to it, that said Easement is un-

NOW, THEJ1EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anahei~does heI1eby order the vacation and abandonment
of said Easement. i
AND BE I'It FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, autIiorized and directed to cause a certified copy
of this Resolution iand Order, attested by her under the seal of
the City of Anaheini to be recorded in the Office of the County Re-
corder of Orange C~unty, California.
THE FOREdoING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
