OF ANAHEI TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTIO WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1683 AND ECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 77R-12l
NULL AND VoID.
WHEREAS,Fhe City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 1683 on Februart 22, 1977, Resolution No. 77R-121,; and
WHEREAS,~he applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional UsePer~1t i'or the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THERt:FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use per:$t,1t No. 1683 be, and the same is hereby, termin-
ated and that Resolit,tion No. 77R-121 be declared null and void.
