RESOLUTION NO. 78R-~
A RESOLUTiON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABAND N A CERTAIN PUBLIC STREET AND FIX-
ING A DAT. FOR A HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, 1he City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proqeed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 194~ (Section 8300 etseq., ,Streets and Highway
Code) in connectioniwithrequests for vacation and abandonment
ot public streets lqcated within the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THERBFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
ot the City of Anah~1m does hereby declare its intention to
vacate, abandon and 'close to pUblic use the following described
street, to wit:
That certain s~reet south of La Palma Avenue, extend-
ing easter1.y tzt~m TI.1stin Avenue approximately 300 feet
and thence sou'dherly parallel to Tustin Avenue appro xi-
mately 800 fee~,
as said street is sItown on a map or plan on file in the Office of
the City Clerk of t~ City of Anaheim.
BE IT FUR~HER RESOLVED that these proceedings are under-
taken subject to the followi"ng reservations and exceptions in
favor of the follow:t!ng persons or parties:
ReSerVing. ease}'nts f.or .ing.ress and egress oQr .th. e
east-west port .n of said street and the westerly
15 feet of the orth-south portion of said street
unto the City Anaheim and the Orange County Water
District.

BE IT FUR'ltIER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said! vacation and abandonment will be heard ata
public hearing to be! held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon there-
after as the matter ~y be heard, in the Council Chamber in the
City Hall, 204 East J.,incoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
November 21, 1978
BE IT FUR~' R RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of th 1S resolution and shall cause the same to be
pUblished in the Ana..eim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, publiJ:ihed and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
