RESOLUTION NO. 78R-~
A RESOLUT ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AME DMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF ANAHEI , ANAHEIM UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT,
ANAHEIM C TY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND MAGNOLIA ELE-
MENTARY S HOOL DISTRICT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, ~he hereinabove named parties have heretofore
entered into an agrement dated February 29, 1968, relating to a
joint program for c~unity recreation; and
WHEREAS, ~aid parties desire to amend said Agreement at
this time with resp ct to payments to be made to said program by
the Anaheim City Scoo1 District; and
WHEREAS, ~n Amendment to Agreement has been prepared,
the terms and condi1jions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheimlthat the terms and conditions of an Amendment
to Agreement by and Ibetween the parties hereinabove specified be,
and the same are herleby, approved.
BE IT FUR~HER RESOLVED that the Mayor
and they are hereby" authorized and directed to
