A RESOL ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE M APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AG EMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND THE LACENTIA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND
AUTHORIZ NG THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AG EMENT .

WHEREAS'~; ~he Placentia Unified School District
operates, manages . d controls a public school known as
Esperanza High SCh... 1 located at 1830 N. orth Kellogg Drive
within the City of Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAs~.said Esperanza High School conducts an
instructional pro am and activity known as the Esperanza High
School Marching B d which desires to utilize certain public
streets within the City of Anaheim for the purpose of instruc-
t
tion and practice pf band marching and related maneuvers; and
WHEREASt! Anaheim Municipal Code Section 12.16.050
prohibits any obst uction or interference with free passage
through, along, a . oss or upon any City Street without
permission of the, ity Council; and
WHEREAS,i an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of ~hich are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.

NOW, Ti. FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahe that the terms and conditions of an agree-
ment between theity of Anaheim and the Placentia Unified
School District rlating to band activities at Esperanza High
School as more pa. icularly described in said agreement be,
and the same are~ereby, approved.
BE IT F~RTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they areereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement fo. and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
