NOW, THERijFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anah~im finds:
That the ity of Anaheim submitted proof satisfactory
to the Local Agency Formation Commission that all of the owners
of land within the erritory proposed to be annexed have given
their signed consen to such annexation. That said territory
proposed to be anne ed to said City of Anaheim is situated in
the County of Orang , State of California, and is contiguous
to the City of Anah im, and is uninhabited territory. That
said consent signed ,by all of the owners of land within the ter-
ritory proposed to ~e annexed contained a description of said
territory in words ~d figures as hereinafter in this resolu-
tion described.
That the rity of Anaheim filed said request to annex
said territory, con. ining the specific boundaries af the ter-
ritory to be annexe, with the Local Agency Formation Commis-
sion and said Local ~gency Formation Commission approved said
annexation request o~ the City of Anaheim pursuant to Section
54797.1 of the Gove~ment Code.

the Local Agency Fo ation Commission duly adopted ResoIUFron
No. 78-168 in whic said Commission authorized the City of
Anaheim to annex sa'd territory in accordance with Section
54797.1 of the Gover ent Code and further approved such
annexation of said t rritory without notice or hearing.

NO. 27'ANNEXAT~ON to the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FutTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date of
the adoption of th~s resolution and the filing of a certified
copy thereof with ~he Secretary of State of the State of Califor-
nia, the annexatio~ of the territory herein described shall be
deemed to be and s~all be complete and thenceforth such annexed
territory shall be~' to all intents and purposes, a part of the
City of Anaheim, a d from and after the effective date of such
annexation, all pr perty th~rein shall be subject to taxation
equally with the poperty within the City of Anaheim and shall
be taxed to pay it~ proportionate share of the existing indebted-
ness and liability:of said City of Anaheim qontracted prior to or
existing at the ti~e of such annexation pursuant to the written
consent of the own~rs of property in said annexed territory filed
with the Clerk of ~he City of Anaheim prior to the adoption of
this resolution.
