plete in a good and ~rkmanli]~ manner, in strict accordance
with the specificatiqns, plan~ and drawings therefor on file in
the Office of the Ci~ Clerk df the City of Anaheim, together
with the appurtenanc!',' theretq" said public improvement herein-
above more particula ly descri~ed and set forth, in the City of
Anaheim, by said con actor, ~, and the same are hereby, accepted
subject, neverthelessj, to all 'the terms, conditions and provi-

(35) days from and af1ber final, acceptance of said work as evi-
