RESOLUTION NO. 78R-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIMDECLARIN$ ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDO~ CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS, t~e City C$uncil of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to procted pursu~nt to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements Va~ation Law (Section 50430et seq., Goverment
Code) in connection .1th vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements.
NOW, THEREiORE, BE +T RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anahe ,m does hctreby declare its intention to va-
cate, abandon, and c ose to p~blic use the following described
public service easem~nts, to wit:
Those certain easements for public utility purposes
located on and across property located on the north
side of Lincoln Avenue, the west boundary of said
property being :Located approximately 1120 feet east
of Brookhurst S~reet,
as said easementsar~ shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTaER RESOLVED that all persons interested in or
objecting to said vaoation and abandonment will be heard at a pub-
lic hearing to be heJ;.d at 7:30 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter
as the matter may be:heard,in the Council Chamber in the City
Hall, 204 East Linco~n Avenue~ Anaheim, California, on:
October 31, 1978
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of th~s resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Ana~eim Bulletin, a newspaper of generalcircula-
tion, printed, publi~hed and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
