RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 678
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AN#mIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 77R-793i, NUNC PRb TUNC, RELATING TO
THE CONDE~TION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, thje City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
on the 13th day of D~ember, 1977, adopt Resolution No. 77R-793,
which resolution did~. ,ind and determine the public interest
and necessity for ac ,iring and authorizing the condenination
of certain real prop. :ty; and
WHEREAS, s~id Resolution No. 77R-793 authorized the
acquisition and condE$nnation af certain real property, generally
described as consistllrlg of approximately 7.09 acres bounded
by the Orange Freeway on the east, the Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railroad ri~ht-of-way on the north, the Anaheim
Stadium property on the west, and the Santa Ana River on the
east; and
WHEREAS, s~id real property was more specifically
described in Exhibit A, attached to and incorporated by reference
into Resolution No. 77R-793; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
the legal description in Exhibit A is erroneous in that
said legal description describes more property than that sought
to be acquired; and
WHEREAS, tij~ City Council desires to amend said
description, nunc pro tunc, to correctly describe the real
property sought to be acquired.
NOW, THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anahetm that Exhibit A of Resolution No. 77R-793
be, and it is hereby. amended, nunc. pro tunc, by deleting
said Exhibit A and s~~stituting in lieu thereof Exhibit A,
attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other terms, conditions
and provisions of Re$olution No. 77R-793 shall remain in full
force and effect. .
