A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANA~ APPRO~ING AN AGREEMENT
WITH GAYLE AJ'~ iHERBEL, ..IIE., LDO N W. BOLL, OM,
AND JIM W. . SON IN QoNNECTION WITH
SHOP RIGHTS AN INV]JITION AND AUTHOR-
IZ ING THE MA R AND C MY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEME, ON BE~F OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Gay; A. Herbel, Eldon W. Bo11om, and Jim.W.
Rawson (hereinafter liE ,..10yeestl)" are now and for several years
have been employed by e City of Anaheim in the Utilities
Department, Electrical ~i vis ion;, and
WHEREAS, in ~e course of said employment and using
certain equipment and ~teria1s of the City, Employees developed
a certain invention dealing with a grounding device; and
WHEREAS, the jGity destres to reserve shop rights in
said invention and Emp]fqyees wi~h to grant a royalty-free
license to make, have made and Use the invention; and
WHEREAS, an ~greement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of whicH are acceptable to the City Council of
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFO.. BE IT "RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agr~~ment ar~hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHE~ RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are herebj authoriaed and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of 'the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOINq RESOLUTtON is approved and adopted by
the City Council of th~ City of Anaheim this 17th day of
