ANAHEIM A$NDING RE$OLUTION NO. 77R-80l, PERSONNEL
RULE 6, ~EMIUM PAY.

WHEREAS, the Cit~ .of Anahei$ and the Anaheim Fire Association
agreed to amend the o~rtime protisions to provide that overtime
authorized in accordaqqe with th, situational manning concept be
at the straight time ~dte of pay, and
WHEREAS, as a re~~lt thereof, the need exists to amend Resolu-
tion No. 77R-80l, Personnel Rule 6, which established Premium Pay
provisions, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adoption of the recommended new provi$ions is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, n:a IT RESOLtED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that Resolution ~o. 77R-80+, Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay, be
amended to include Section 6.07 as fo+lows:
6.07 Employees in th~ following job classes who are assigned
to perform over~~e work in accordance with the situational
manning concept shall be cqmpensated for such overtime work
at their regulatt 'hourly ra~e of pay.
