RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 672
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AP~ROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREE~NT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT CbUNCIL AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of training
and
WHEREAS, an agreement, (hereinafter "Agreement") has
been prepared whereby the Orange County Community Development
Council will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are herebr. , authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on beha, f of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1. day of
