80R-319 RESOLUTION NO. 80R- 319
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77R -703 WHICH ESTAB-
LISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES REPRESENTED
BY THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL
EMPLOYEES UNIT, AND DESIGNATING A CURRENT JOB CLASSIFI-
CATION AS AN UPGRADE CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated July 23, 1980 that the job classification of Computer
Operator be designated an upgrade classification, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend resolution
No. 77R -703 which established rates of compensation for classes repre-
sented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Employees
Unit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the designation of upgrade for this classsification is in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, that the salary schedule of the classification of Computer
Operator 752 A -E, be amended to Computer Operator U752 A -E to designate
it an upgrade classification.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolu-
tion No. 77R -703 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council, . of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of
