80R-341 RESOLUTION NO. 80R-341
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80R -289 , NUNC
PRO TUNC, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION
FOR CLASSES DESIGNATED AS STAFF AND SUPERVISORY
MANAGEMENT, BY CORRECTING THE SALARY SCHEDULE OF
THE CLASSIFICATION CLAIMS EXAMINER.
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of June, 1980, the City Council
of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 80R -289, and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the
salary schedule for the classification of Claims Examiner was in-
correctly stated, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to correct Resolution No. 80R -289,
nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 80R -289 be amended, nunc pro tunc,
to read as follows:
That the following new classification shall be allocated
to the respective salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:
Salary Step
Classification Schedule Range
Claims Examiner X1105 A - E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 80R -289 shall remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the effective date of this
resolution shall be June 26, 1980.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th
day of August , 1980.
