A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE CON-
VEYANCE AND EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY
AND ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS BY AND BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND HILLVIEW
ASSOCIATES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
AND RELATED DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the fee owner of
certain real property located within the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California; and
WHEREAS, Hillview Associates, a general partner-
ship, is the fee owner of certain real property located
contiguous to the aforedescribed City -owned property; and
WHEREAS, the City and Hillview Associates desire
to exchange certain portions of their respective parcels
of real property; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement for the Conveyance and
Exchange of Real Property and Escrow Instructions has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable
to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement for the Conveyance and Exchange
of Real Property and Escrow Instructions are hereby approved
and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
Agreement for the Conveyance and Exchange of Real Property
and Escrow Instructions and all other necessary and related
deeds, instructions and documents for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12thday of
August, 1980.
