A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND WILLIAM 0. TALLEY PERTAINING TO EMPLOYMENT
"* AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to secure the
services of William O. Talley as City Manager; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Anaheim
and William 0. Talley to execute an agreement which outlines
the terms and conditions of employment of William 0. Talley
as City Manager of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement employing William O. Talley as City Manager of the
City of Anaheim, dated July 29, 1980, be, and the same are
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of
August, 1980.
