80R-362 RESOLUTION NO. 80R- 362
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to purchase cer-
tain real property, to wit: Lot 15 of the Schaffer- Oswald
Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property is willing to
sell said property to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an agreement for the acquisition of said
property has been prepared, the terms and conditions of which
are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve and accept the terms
and conditions of said Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Anaheim does hereby accept the grant deed to said real
property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of August,
1980.
