80R-401 RESOLUTION NO. 80R-401
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING THAT THERE WAS
NOT A MAJORITY PROTEST AGAINST STREET
LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1980 -3,
TRACT NO. 1097.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on August 19, 1980,
adopt Resolution No. 80R -364 setting the 9th day of September,
1980, at the hour of 3:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the day, hour, and
place when and where any and all persons having any objections
to the proposed improvements to be made by the City under the
Street Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment
District 1980 -3, might appear and show cause why the proposed
improvements should not be carried out; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing there was not a majority
protest, either written or oral, made in the proceedings for
the improvements contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does find and declare that there
was not a majority protest, either written or oral, made at
said hearing on September 9, 1980, in the proceedings for
certain contemplated improvements to be made by the City under
the Street Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment
District 1980 -3.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of
September, 1980.
