A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND
FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR, SERVICES,
MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES
AND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND
WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK NECES-
SARY TO COMPLETE DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE.
Contract No. BG80 -1, Account No. 25- 214 -6640
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
award a contract for furnishing all plant, labor, services,
materials and equipment and all utilities and transportation,
including power, fuel and water, and performing all work neces-
sary to demolish and clear in a good and workmanlike manner in
strict accordance with the specifications, plans and drawings
for the following described work of improvement, to wit:
Demolition and site clearance of certain City -owned property,
to wit:

Designated as Contract No. BG80 -1, Account No. 25- 214 -6640; and
WHEREAS, the contractor(s) has furnished all plant,
labor, services, materials and equipment and all utilities and
transportation, and performed all work necessary for the
demolition and clearance, in a good and workmanlike manner, in
strict accordance with the specifications, plans and drawings
of said public improvement as specified in the detailed
designs, plans, drawings and specifications prepared by the
Community Development Department, and the contract made and
entered into with said contractor(s) by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Community
Development Department has duly certified to the completion of
said demolition and clearance hereinabove mentioned and
described, in accordance with the plans and specifications and
the contract documents duly made and entered into with said
contractor(s); and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that said contractor(s) has completed said demolition and
clearance hereinabove more particularly described in accordance
with the provisions of the contract and the contract documents,
and that notice(s) of completion should be filed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all plant, labor, services,
materials and equipment and all utilities and transportation,
and the performance of all work necessary to said demolition
and clearance in a good and workmanlike manner, in strict
accordance with the specifications, plans and drawings therefor
on file in the Office of the Community Development Department,
together with the appurtenances thereto, said

ment hereinabove more particularly described andset forth,�
the City of Anaheim, by said contractor(s), be, and the same
are hereby, accepted subject, nevertheless, to all the terms,
conditions and provisions of the contract documents.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are authorized to execute and file a notice of
completion of said work as required by law.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this30th day of
September, 1980.
