80R-462 RESOLUTION NO. 80R- 462
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENTS
TO THE CITY OF YORBA LINDA
WHEREAS, the City of Yorba Linda desires to build
public road and drainage facilities on property owned by the
City of Anaheim but located in an unincorporated portion of
the County of Orange; and
WHEREAS, Anaheim is willing to grant easements to
Yorba Linda for this purpose subject to certain terms and
conditions; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
Anaheim agrees to convey such easements to Yorba Linda; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the Agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the terms and
conditions of the Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement and a grant deed to convey the easements
described in Agreement to Yorba Linda.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby determine that the transfer
of the easements is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of
October, 1980.
