80R-482 RESOLUTION NO. 80R -482
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND THE COUNTY OF ORANGE RELATING TO REVENUE
SHARING FUNDS FOR EXPANSION OF THE SENIOR
CITIZEN DAY CENTER, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has received funds
pursuant to the State Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972,
as amended; and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has heretofore
appropriated a portion of said funds to the City of Anaheim
for expansion of the Senior Citizen Day Center; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.'
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of
October, 1980.
