80R-483 RESOLUTION NO. 80R -483
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION MINORITY BUSINESS
ENTERPRISES PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Transporta-
tion (Caltrans) has adopted a Minority Business Enterprises Program;
and
WHEREAS, in order for the City of Anaheim to continue to
accept Federal and State funds, it is necessary for the City of
Anaheim to adopt a Minority Business Program; and
WHEREAS, Caltrans Minority Business Program dated June
16, 1980, is an appropriate program for the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim
adopt the Minority Business Enterprises Program as designated in the
Caltrans Program statement of June 16, 1980.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of October, 1980.
