80R-484 RESOLUTION NO. 80R -484
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80R -464
TO EXTEND THE BID DATE FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS
AND INTERCONNECT - CANYON INDUSTRIAL AREA
FEDERAL AID URBAN PROJECT M- 3041(74).
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of October, 1980, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 80R -464
finding and determining that public convenience and necessity
required the Traffic Signals and Interconnect Canyon Industrial
Area Federal -Aid Urban Project M- 3041(74), Account No. 01- 795 -5325-
E5070; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation of the State
of California has requested that the City of Anaheim extend the
opening of the bids for said project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be for
the benefit and in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to
extend the opening of the bids thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 80R -464, approved and
adopted by the City Council on the 14th day of October, 1980 be,
and the same is hereby, amended to the following extent only:
1. That the advertising for said public works project
shall be on November 6th, 13th and 20th, 1980.
2. That the opening of the bids shall be on the 4th
day of December, 1980.
3. That the award of the contract shall be on the
30th day of December, 1980.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereinabove
amended, said Resolution No. 80R -464 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of
October, 1980.
