80R-491 RESOLUTION NO. 80R- 491
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 108 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 1705 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 108
on November 9, 1949, by Resolution No. 1705; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Variance No. 108 be., and the same is hereby, terminated
and that Resolution No. 1705 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this28th day of October,
1980.
