A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR STREET
r. AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
certain real property within the corporate limits of the City
of Anaheim for street and public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, said property is located north of Nohl
Ranch Road between Imperial Highway and Anaheim Hills Road in
the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion
of its City -owned property for street and public utility purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does dedicate for street and public
utility purposes, the following described land situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, more
particularly described as follows, to wit:
That certain portion of that land lying within the
County of Orange, State of California, City of Anaheim,
being that portion of land shown on a Map of Survey
recorded in Book 94, page 15, Record of Surveys,
records of Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Scout
Trail and Nohl Ranch Road, as said intersection is
shown on a map of Tract No. 10106 recorded in Book
434, pages 47 and 48, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County, said point of beginning being a
point in a curve concave northwesterly and having a
radius of 600 feet, a radial line bearing S 29° 11'
56" E, passes through said point; thence Southwesterly
along a portion of the centerline of said Nohl Ranch
Road being in said curve having a central angle of
5° 48' 32" an arc distance of 60.83 feet; thence N
23° 25' 24" W, 38.00 feet to an intersection with a
line parallel with and 38.00 feet northerly of the
centerline of said Nohl Ranch Road, said point of
intersection being a point in a line tangent to the
beginning of a curve concave northwesterly and having
a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Northeasterly and
Northerly along the last mentioned curve through a
central angle of 94° 43' 06" an arc distance of 24.80
feet; thence N 28° 08' 30" W, 9.62 feet to the begin-
ning of a tangent curve concave easterly and having a
radius of 305.00 feet; thence Northwesterly, Northerly
and Northeasterly along the last mentioned curve
through a central angle of 55° 10' 21" an arc distance

of 293.70 feet; thence N 27° 01' 51" E, 98.97 feet
tangent to the last mentioned curve to the
beginning of a curve concave northwesterly and
having a radius of 220.00 feet; thence Northeaster-
ly along the last mentioned curve through a central
�-• angle of 26° 23' 12" an arc distance of 101.32 feet;
thence N 00° 38' 39" E, 11.89 feet to an intersection
with the northerly line of the land shown on the
aforementioned Record of Survey recorded in Book 94,
page 15; thence S 89° 21' 21" E, 60.00 feet; thence
S 00° 38' 39" W, 11.89 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave northwesterly and having a
radius of 280.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along
said curve through a central angle of 26° 23' 12" an
arc distance of 128.95 feet; thence S 27° 01' 51" W,
98.57 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
southeasterly and having a radius of 245.00 feet;
thence Southwesterly, Southerly and Southeasterly along
said curve through a central angle of 55° 10' 21" an
arc distance of 235.92 feet; thence S 28° 08' 30" E,
9.72 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
northeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence
Southeasterly, Easterly and Northeasterly along the
last mentioned curve through a central angle of 93° 36'
30" an arc distance of 24.51 feet to an intersection
with a line parallel with and 38.00 feet northerly of
the centerline of said Nohl Ranch Road; thence S 31°
45' 00" E, 38.00 feet to an intersection with said
centerline of Nohl Ranch Road; thence S 58° 15' 00" W,
10.60 feet along a portion of said centerline to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave northwesterly and
having a radius of 600.00 feet; thence Southwesterly
along the last mentioned curve being a portion of the
centerline of said Nohl Ranch Road through a central
angle of 2° 31' 04" an arc distance of 26.37 feet to
the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified
copy of this resolution in the Office of the County Recorder
of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of
November, 1980.
