80R-496 RESOLUTION NO. 80R -496
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM PERTAINING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT OF CERTAIN
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim determines the terms and conditions
of employment by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue the present
resolutions covering wages, hours and conditions of employment in
effect; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend said resolutions
to be effective October 10, 1980, upon the condition that the majority
representative for each appropriate unit of representation concurs in
writing with the recommendations of the City Management Representative
prior to 'December 4, . . 1980
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the present resolutions covering employee wages,
hours and conditions of employment remain in effect to and including
December 4, 1980. .,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event the majority repre-
sentative of a unit of representation concurs in writing on or before
December 4,:- 1980.. with the City Management Representative's recom-
mendations, then the resolution adopted by the City Council for wages,
hours and conditions of employment for said unit shall be effective
October 10, 1980.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any resolution adopted by the
City Council for wages, hours and conditions of employment covering
employees outside organized bargaining units shall be effective
October 10, 1980.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
4th day of November, 1980.
