80R-507 RESOLUTION NO. 80R -507
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 76 -77 -37 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO.
77R -251 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a zoning
reclassification in Reclassification Proceedings No.
76 -77 -37 on April 12, 1977, by Resolution No. 77R -251; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination
of said Reclassification Proceedings at this time; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the. City Council
that Reclassifiation Proceedings No. 76 -77 -37 be, and the
same are hereby, terminated and that Resolution No. 77R -251
be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of
November, 1980.
