80R-508 RESOLUTION NO. 80R -508
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1691 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 77R -252
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional
Use Permit No. 1691 on April 12, 1977, by Resolution No.
77R -252; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination
of said Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no
longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Conditional Use Permit No. 1691 be, and the same is
hereby, terminated and that Resolution No. 77R -252 be
declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of
November, 1980.
