RESOLUTION NO. 80R -511
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 9 TO
LOCAL AGENCY -STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07 -5055 AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID SUPPLEMENT.
WHEREAS, City did, on August 16, 1977, enter into
the Master Agreement for the Federal -Aid Program with the
State of California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend
said agreement to provide for roadway reconstruction,
drainage construction and modification of signals on La Palma
Avenue from Sequoia Avenue to Magnolia Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Supplement No. 9 has been prepared by the
Department of Transportation, the terms and conditions
whereof are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Supplement No. 9 to the Local
Agency -State Agreement No. 07 -5055 be, and the same is
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said supplement for and on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of
November, 1980.
