A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77R -703
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
/"".." CLASSES REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL EMPLOYEES UNIT.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a
staff report dated November 19, 1980 that rates of compensation
for certain Data Processing related job classifications be adjusted,
and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 77R -703 which established rates of compensation for
classes represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association,
General Employees Unit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that establishing new rates of compensation is in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
That effective October 10, 1980, the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or
will in the future be employed in the classifications listed below
shall be allocated to the indicated salary schedules in the Salary
Schedule Master:
SALARY STEP
JOB CLASS SCHEDULE RANGE
Programmer X 1232 A -E
Programmer Analyst X 1362 A -E
Systems Programmer X 1428 A -E
SECTION 2.
That effective December 5, 1980, the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or
will in the future be employed in the classifications listed below
shall be allocated to the indicated salary schedules in the Salary
Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 77R -703 shall remain in full force and effect.

City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th la November ,
