80R-524 RESOLUTION NO. 80R -524
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A MASTER PROPERTY TAX
TRANSFER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF
ORANGE AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, from time to time, the City of Anaheim
does annex into the City certain properties; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to establish a method of
exchanging property tax revenues between the City and the
County of Orange and certain special districts; and
WHEREAS, a Master Property Tax Transfer Agreement
has been prepared, the terms and conditions thereof are
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby approve the Master
Property Tax Transfer Agreement between the County of Orange
and the City of Anaheim.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of
December, 1980.
