80R-528 RESOLUTION NO. 80R- 528
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM PERTAINING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF WAGES
OF CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
t ,, - •. WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim adopts wages by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue in effect the
present resolutions covering wages for employees in the Utility
Employees Units and employees in non - bargaining unit classifications;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make any resolution for
wages adopted by the City Council for the Utility Employees Unit
effective October 10, 1980, upon the condition that the majority
representative for the said unit of representation concurs in
writing with the recommendations of the City Management Representative
prior to December 18, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make any resolution adopted
by the City Council for non - bargaining unit classifications effective
October 10, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the present resolutions covering employee wages for
employees in the Utility Employees Unit remain in effect to and in-
cluding December 18, 1980.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event the majority represen-
tative of the Utility Employees Unit of representation concurs in
writing on or before December 18, 1980 with the City Management
Representative's recommendations, then the resolution adopted by the
City Council for wages for said unit shall be effective October 10,
1980.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any resolution adopted by the
City Council for wages covering employees in non- bargaining unit
classifications shall be effective October 10, 1980.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
2nd day of December, 1980.
