A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSES REPRESENTED
BY THE ANAHEIM FIRE ASSOCIATION, AND
SUPERSEDING RESOLUTIONS N0. 77R -743 and
78R -214.
WHEREAS, the City Management Representative met and
conferred with officials and employee representatives of the Anaheim
Fire Association to discuss wages; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exits to super-
sede Resolutions No. 77R -743 and 78R -214 which established rates of
compensation for job classes represented by the Anaheim Fire Association;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that establishing rates of compensation for these classifications is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
That effective October 10, 1980 through October 8, 1981 inclusive, the
basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim
who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the classifi-
cations listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedules in
the salary schedule master:

SECTION 2.
That effective October 9, 1981 through October 7, 1982 inclusive, the
basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim
who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the classifi-
cations listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedules in
the salary schedule master:

SECTION 3.
The regular hourly rate of pay and overtime compensation for employees
listed in Sections 1 and 2 of this resolution shall be computed as provided
in Per'sonnel Rule 5, Hours of Work and Pay Day, and Personnel Rule 6, Premium
Pay.
SECTION 4.
The provisions of this Resolution shall supersede Resolutions Nos. 77R -743
and 78R -214.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 2nd day of December , 1980.
