WHEREAS, ordi~ance 3040 of the City of Anaheim establishes
the employer-employee relrtions system for the City; and

j WHEREAS, sect~on 1.06.100 of Ordinance 3040 requires Memorandums
of Understanding to be pr sented to the City Councilor its statutory
representative for determ nation; and
WHEREAS, the ~emorandum of Understanding entered into between
the Anaheim Police Associftion and the City of Anaheim t~rm$n~i~g Q~ '
