RESOLUTION NO. 80R-556
A RE;UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAH .' PERTAINING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF WAGES
OF CAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
I
WHEREAS, thEf City of Anaheim adopts wages by resolution; and
WHEREAS, th~City Council desires to continue in effect the
present resolutions c ring wages for employees in the Utility
Employees Unit and e .loyees in Executive, Administrative and Staff
and Supervisory Manag nt unit classifications; and
WHEREAS, thj City Council desires to make any resolution for
wages adopted by the ity Council for the Utility Employees Unit effec-
tive October 10, 1980 upon the condition that the majority representative
for the said unit of epresentation concurs in writing with the recom-
mendations of the Cit Management Representative on or before January 1,
1981; and I
WHEREAS, th~ City Council desires to make any resolution adopted
by the City Council f r Executi~,Administra~ive, Staff and Supervisory
Management unit class fications ,effective, October 10, 1980.

NOW, THEREF~' . , BE,IT iESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the p . s'~nt resolutions covering employee wages for
employees in the Util tyEmployees Unit and Executive, Administrative
and Staff and Supervi ory Management units remain in effect to and in-
cluding January 1, 19,1.
BE IT FllRpt.. RESOLVED that in the event the majority repre-
sentative of the Util ty Employees Unit of representation concurs in
writing on or before anuary 1, 1981 with the City Management Represen-
tative's recommendatiqns, then the resolution adopted by tbe City Coundil
for wages for said un~t shall be effective October 10, 1980.

AND BE IT ~.THER RESOLVED that any resolution ado~ted b, the
City Council for wage covering employees in Executive, Administrative
and Staff and Supervi ory Management unit classifications shall be
effective October 10, ;1980.
