WHEREAS, t.. City Man~gement Representative has met and
conferred with offic~.ls and employee representatives of the Anaheim
Municipal Employees .$sociation to discuss wages and hours and con-
ditions of work, and
WHEREAS, a$ a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 77R-8_t. Personnel Rule 6~ which established premium
pay provisions, and
WHEREAS, t.~ City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that the adoption of'the recommended new provisions is in the best
interests of the City of Anahei~.
NOW, THERE:t~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim thatl~esolution No. 77R~80i, Personnel Rule 6, Premium
Pay, Section 6.6, be.mended to read as follows:
Section 6.' When employees in the following job classes
perform overtime wor1 between the hours of 12:00 Midnight and 8:00 A.M.,
they shall be paid at. the rate of two times their regular rate of pay
for each hour worked between the hours of 12:00 Midnight and 8:00 A.M.

Registered Disaster iService Workers at tbe time of a declared disaster
under the City of ~heim Disaster Plan~ they shall be paid at the
rate of one-and-on~half timea their regular rate of pay for each
hour worked between the hours of 12:00 Midnight and 8:00 A.M.
