WHEREAS, the~n Resources Director 'has met and conferred
with officials and empl .: e repres~ntatives of the International
Brotherhood of Electric · ,,' Workers, Local Union No. 47 regarding a
reorganization of the U ities Se~ice Yard/warehouse area, and
WHEREAS, as :~esult thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 77R-688 'ch estab~ished rates of compensation for
classes represented by e International Brotherhood of Electrical
Workers, Local No. 47, ~
WHEREAS, the ~ity Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that the creation of th~ classification is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim. '
NOW, THEREFO~., BE IT RSSOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim thatthelfollowing job classification be created and
allocated to the Salary chedule Master as follows:

That effective December 16, 1980 the basic compensation plancfor all
officers and employees o~ the City of Anaheim who are now em~~oyed or
will in the future be ~loyed in the classification listed below shall
be allocated to the follp~ing salary schedule in the Salary Schedule
Master. !
