A RESOLUTIO~, OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM t' PROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
AN AGREEMEN ',' FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPER, TY
AND AUTHORI lING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EX~C"CUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF ANA1$IM.

WHEREAS, t~ City o~ Anaheim desires to purchase certain
real property, to wi~: Lot 22 of the Gresswell Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, t~ owner of said property is willing to sell
said property to the Pity of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, aqagreement for the acquisition of said prop-
erty has beenprepar~, the terms and conditions of which are
acceptable to the Ci~ of Anaheim.
NOW, THERE~RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anahe:ifi$ does hereby approve and accept the terms
and conditions of sa~d Agreement.
BE IT FURTa~R RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorize4 and directed to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City o~ Anaheim.
BE IT FURT~~R RESO~VE~ that the City Council of the
City of Anaheim 'does ihereby accept the grant deed to said real
property.
THE FOREGOjNG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23 day of December,
1980.
