A RES~QTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AN $IM APPROVING THE TERMS OF A FUEL
CONSER ATION EQUIPMENT LEASE AND OPTION
AGREEM WT, INTERIM RENT AGREEMENT AND LEASE
ORDER (.THE AGRaEMENTSn) WITH UNITED
CALIFOijHIA BANK AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THa MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMaMTS FOR THE LEASE OF SAID EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, Uni~eq California Bank has submitted a
proposal dated Ndvember 24, 1980, for a lease purchase foy
fuel conservation equipment, the terms of which are accept-
able to the City Council of the City of Anaheim7 and
WHEREAS, a Lease and Option Agreement, Interim
Rent Agreement and Lease Order (hereinafter "the Agreements")
have been prepared, the terms of which are satisfactorY7 and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to enter into the Agreements. '
NOW, TQBREFORE, ,BE IT RESOLVED that the terms of
said Agreements for the lease and purchase of fuel" conservation
equipment are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT mURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are :nereby, authorized to execute said Agreements
in connection with the lease and purchase of said equipment on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOaBGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of
December, 1980.
