A RESOLU~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE~M AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF
CERTAIN ~AL PROPERTY TO THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGE~CY; MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS IN CONNEC-
TION THE~EWITH; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A GRANT DEED THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of certain real
property located w~thin the City of Anaheim and more particularly
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference ["real property"); and
WHEREAS"the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency")
is engaged in actitities necessary to execute and implement the
Redevelopment Plan, (the "Plan") for Redevelopmeht Project Alpha
(the "Project") within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to convey said real property
to the Agency, without consideration, for the purpose of aiding
and cooperating in the planning, undertaking, construction and/or
operation of the Project as'authorized pursuant to Section 33220
of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to accept the conveyance of
said real property for the aforesaid purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
said conveyance tope in the best interests of the City of Anaheim
without the necessity of adve.zft1s1ng for bids therefor or other-
wise complying witt>. the provisions of Section 1222 of the Charter
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim hereby authorizes the c9nveyance, without con-
sideration of that certain real property more particularly de-
scribed in Exhibit "An attached hereto, and incorJ:>orated herein
by this reference, to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a corporation
grant deed affecting said conveyance to the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FORE$OING RESOLUTION 1s approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of December, 1980.

Lots I, 2 and 3 of~the Resubdivision of the northerly
part of Block "AU,land Lots I, 2 and the westerly 20.12
feet of Lot 3, in $lock "B" of the Center Tract, as
shown on a map rec~rded in Book 3, page 22, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of s.ld Orange County.
Together with the $outherly half of Lincoln Avenue, all
of Claudina Street!and the northerly half of the unnamed
alley, as shown on1the above mentioned map, that would
pass by operation ~f law with the herein described land
